Before you call
Questions we get asked most.
If yours is not here, call (210) 650-2090 and ask. The line is open around the clock and estimates are free.
Yes. Our Google listing says open 24 hours, seven days a week, and that is not a formality. Roof emergencies do not keep business hours, so someone picks up and, if the water is actively coming in, we get out to you rather than booking you for Tuesday.
Metal, foam, tile, shingle, rubber, pitched, flat and modified. We install, repair, inspect, restore and reflash all of them, on houses and on commercial buildings.
GAF and Owens Corning. We are a GAF certified installer, and we also install GAF's Timberline Solar shingles for owners who want the roof itself to generate power rather than adding panels on top.
We do it regularly. One homeowner had been going back and forth with his insurer for over thirty days, and Christian went back out more than once to take the extra photographs the adjuster kept asking for until the claim went through.
Yes, financing is available, and there is currently $500 off a full roof replacement. We take American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and check.
A limited lifetime warranty. Ask us to walk you through exactly what it covers for the system you are choosing before you sign anything.
Estimates are free. If you think something is wrong up there, call and we will come and look at it. Sometimes the answer is that the roof is fine: one customer called us out for a leak and the real cause was caulking that had perished between the brick and the wood trim, so we recaulked it, water-tested it and did not charge for the repair.
Yes. The team works in English and Spanish.
One we wish more people asked
Whether the leak is even coming from the roof. It often is not. Perished caulking between brick and trim, a failed window seal, or condensation will all put a stain on a ceiling and none of them are a roofing job.
We would rather find that and tell you than sell you a roof. Book an inspection and we will trace it properly.
